About 365 Challenge

365 Challenge is an independent challenge and motivation service. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Strava. Strava is a third-party service provider and remains responsible for its own platform and services.

Your Use of Strava

You remain responsible for complying with Strava's own terms, policies, and account requirements. Connecting Strava to 365 Challenge does not grant you or 365 Challenge any right to Strava data beyond the rights permitted by the Strava API terms and your authorisation.

Connecting Strava and Your Consent

When you choose to connect Strava, you authorise 365 Challenge to collect and use the following Strava-sourced data for challenge operation:

  • Your Strava athlete identifier and the connection tokens needed to maintain the authorised connection.
  • Eligible activity details, including activity name, description, sport type, date, distance, duration, elevation, calories, speed, privacy status, and source-device name where Strava provides it.

This data is collected through Strava's OAuth authorisation process and API, including automatic activity updates and user-requested refreshes.

You may withdraw consent at any time through the Disconnect Strava control on your 365 profile, through your Strava connected-app settings, or through our contact page. You may also request deletion through the profile control or contact page. Disconnection, a deletion request, or Strava revocation triggers deletion of imported activities, connection credentials, derived challenge status, and stored group reports containing your activity data. When deletion is complete, 365 Challenge will confirm completion to you in writing and provide a deletion reference.

Challenge Outputs

Challenge scores, rankings, positions, badges, streaks, achievements, and progress indicators are proprietary 365 Challenge outputs. They are calculated for the challenge service and are not Strava metrics.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use Strava in your location to create an account or connect Strava.

Third-Party Services and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, third-party service providers, including Strava, provide their services and data "as is" and disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, third-party service providers are not liable for consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from your use of 365 Challenge or a connected third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Support

365 Challenge provides support for this service. Strava does not provide support for 365 Challenge. For help, use our contact page.
