About 365 Challenge
365 Challenge is a free, year-long fitness challenge for people who use Strava. It started in 2016 as a challenge between friends and rewards consistent movement over a full year — not daily streaks. Compatible with Strava, it turns the activities you already record into points, progress and friendly group competition. The aim: reach 365 points by the end of the year.

Authorise 365 to read your Strava activities so they import automatically and your points are calculated for you.
Run, walk, ride, swim, train or play. Record on Strava as usual and eligible activities are imported and scored for you. You can also add manual activities inside 365.
Your score combines active days, activity points (distance and duration), monthly challenges and optional diamond bonuses. Everything counts towards one total.
Watch your yearly total climb towards 365. Your dashboard shows active days, points by month, the current monthly challenge and any diamonds you can aim for.
Create or join a group for a private leaderboard with friends, family or club mates. Consistency over the year beats short bursts — missing a day never resets your progress.
Scoring
Your goal is to reach 365 points between 1 January and 31 December 2026. The scoring model rewards consistency first, then adds points for effort, monthly challenges and optional bonuses.
Who it's for
Because 365 rewards consistency across a whole year, it works for a broad mix of people — not just one type of athlete. Small regular efforts add up.
Runs and walks earn distance points, with hikes counting as active days too.
Outdoor and indoor rides both earn points per kilometre, on the road or the trainer.
Workouts, HIIT, weights and climbing earn points per hour.
Pool and open-water swims earn the highest per-kilometre rate of any activity.
No streaks and no penalties mean you can build a habit gradually, at your own pace.
Hit the monthly cap early, then chase diamonds, monthly challenges and group leaderboards.
Community
365 has always had a broad mix of people: runners, cyclists, walkers, gym users, swimmers, people returning to fitness, and people who simply like having a reason to get out.
The leaderboard is there to make the year more engaging, not to make the challenge exclusive. The best version of 365 is the one that keeps people moving together for longer.
