A simple fitness challenge.
Run by real people, not a company.
Back in 2016, we made a little website for ourselves and some mates. The idea was simple: do something active, earn a point. Try to get 365 points in a year.
No gyms. No diet plans. No "transformation challenges." Just a group of friends encouraging each other to go for a walk, a run, a bike ride — whatever.
Ten years later, it's still going. Still free. Still just us running it in our spare time.
Here's the deal
- Sign up — takes 30 seconds. No credit card, no spam.
- Connect Strava — required so your activities sync automatically.
- Do any activity — walk, run, cycle, swim. One activity = 1 point.
- Hit the target — try to get 365 points in a year.
(You can also start groups with friends if you need the peer pressure.)
Want to have a look around?
Sign up, poke around, connect your Strava. No pressure to do anything. If it's not for you, no worries — you can delete your account anytime.
Sure, I'll take a lookFree forever. No card needed. No spam.
What happens when you sign up?
You get an account. That's it.
You can look around the dashboard, see how points work, then connect your Strava account to start tracking. Once connected, your activities sync automatically.
We won't email you marketing stuff. You might get the occasional notification about your account, but that's it. Your email is just for logging in.
Who's this for?
Honestly? Anyone who wants to move a bit more. We've got all sorts:
You don't need to be fast or fit. You just need to want to be a bit more active than you were yesterday.
Questions you might have
Is this actually free?
Yes. Completely free. No premium tier, no "upgrade to unlock", no payment page hidden somewhere. We pay for hosting ourselves — it's not expensive and we use it too.
Why is it free?
We built it for ourselves and our friends. Making money from it was never the point. If it helps other people too, that's nice.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We're not going to sell your data or show you ads. The site doesn't even have analytics beyond basic server logs.
Do I need Strava?
Yes — that's how your activities get into 365. You'll need a free Strava account and to connect it after signing up. Don't worry, it only takes a minute.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime. There's a button in settings. Your data gets deleted properly.
Who runs this?
We're Jen and Stu — aka "HQ". We live in the UK and this is a side project we've been running since 2016. We're not a company, we don't have investors, and we're not trying to grow this into a business.
We use 365 ourselves, every day. When something breaks, we fix it. When someone has a good idea, we might add it. That's about it.
