Notably, she completed an icy run followed by multiple virtual rides, including one through the bustling Brussels Town Square. Meanwhile, Barrie sustained a remarkable streak with both workouts and runs, showing consistency and dedication to his fitness activities. His efforts included an impressive range of distances and times, highlighting his diverse training approach.

Emily stepped up her fitness game, incorporating various exercises. Her mix of disciplined walks and high-intensity interval training sessions added a dynamic touch to her routine. Jodi, too, kept up her momentum; her training included challenging hill repeats and a time trial, along with strength training sessions. Not to be overlooked, Perrett enjoyed a blend of activities, notably cycling through virtual landscapes and engaging in football, adding a diverse element to his weekly achievements.
